นอกจากรหัสทางไกลต่างประเทศดังกล่าวมาข้างต้นแล้ว ยังสามารถใช้เครื่องหมาย "+" แทนรหัสทางไกลต่างประเทศได้ ปัญหาจึงเกิดขึ้นว่าเครื่องหมาย "+" นี้แทนรหัสใดกันแน่ กรณีนี้เราต้องรู้ก่อนว่าโทรศัพท์ของเรานั้นเป็นของผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายใด โดย
- หากผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายไม่ได้ระบุไว้ ให้สันนิษฐานว่าการกดรหัส "+" หมายถึงการกดรหัส "001"
- หากผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายระบุไว้ ก็เป็นไปตามคำแนะนำนั้น (ดังแสดงในตารางข้างล่างนี้) เช่นเครื่องโทรศัพท์ของเราใช้บริการเครือข่าย AIS การกด "+" จะหมายถึงการกดรหัส "005" เป็นต้น
ข้อสังเกตุ:
- การเลือกใช้รหัส "+" แทนการกดรหัสตัวเลขนั้น จะเป็นการโทรแบบคุณภาพ/ราคาแพงทั้งสิ้น
- รหัสทางไกลต่างประเทศของแต่ละผู้ให้บริการเครือข่าย สามารถให้บริการกับเครื่องโทรศัทพ์ที่อยู่ในเครือข่ายของตนเองได้อย่างแน่นอน แต่จะไม่สามารถให้บริการกับเครื่องโทรศัพท์ต่างเครือข่ายได้-นอกจากที่ระบุไว้ (ดังตัวอย่างในตารางข้างล่างนี้) เช่นผู้ใช้บริการเครือข่าย AIS สามารถใช้รหัส 003, 005, 00500 ได้ แต่จะไม่สามารถใช้โทรผ่านเครือข่ายอื่นเช่น 004 ของ dtac ได้ แต่จะใช่โทรผ่าน 001, 009, 007, 008 ของ CAT และ TOT ได้เป็นต้น
| | In addition to the above access codes, we can use the "+" (plus sign) to represent the access code. Question comes up of which access code signified by the "+" sign?. To clarify this, we must first know of what network operator our phone belong to. Then,
- If the operator does not indicate the meaning of "+" sign, it is assumed that dial "+" mean dial "001"
- If the operator indicates the meaning of "+" sign, just follow the instruction (as shown in the table below). For example, if our handset uses the service of AIS network, dial "+" means dial "005"
Remark:
- If we opt to dial "+", it means we have chosen a Premium/Quality services or the more expensive air time choice.
- Own access codes of individual network operator provide the services for its own handsets. But may not operate with handsets from other networks unless specified (example shown in the table below). Such as the handsets belong to AIS network operate with 003, 005 00500 but not function with 004 of dtact network. But can be used with other usable access code 001, 009, 007, 008 from CAT and TOT network as specified, for example.
